Public Hearing Scheduled for Greenville Incorporation

On March 12, 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) officially received the incorporation application fee along with the Outagamie County Court Order signed by Judge John A. Des Jardins to refer the incorporation petition to the DOA Incorporation Review Board for further review.  The DOA now has 180 days from March 12th to make a recommendation to either approve or deny the application.

The DOA Incorporation Review Board has called a Public Hearing for Monday, April 29, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Greenville Town Hall (W6860 Parkview Drive).  A presentation providing an overview of the incorporation application will be presented at 3:00 p.m.  This Public Hearing will be the opportunity for interested individuals to provide public comment directly to the Incorporation Review Board.
