The Outagamie County Recycling and Solid Waste's spring free tire collection event began today, September 20. This means that the Village of Greenville will begin accepting tires at the Yard Waste Site beginning next week! Tires will be accepted at our site from Wednesday, September 15 – Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Collection is limited to Village of Greenville Residents only, with the limit of 4 tires per household. Tires will not be accepted at the Village site during any other time, however can be dropped at the Outagamie County Landfill for a fee. Tires from businesses are not accepted. Only tires with a rim size of 18”or less will be accepted at no charge. For all tires with a rim size of 19" or larger in size or quantities of over 4, the resident will be charged $6.00 per tire. If taken directly to the Outagamie County Landfill/Recycling Center (1419 Holland Rd, Appleton) additional fees are $200.00 per ton.
