Citizens Take Action Telling Drivers to Slow Down!

A group of concerned citizens posted signs along State Highway 15 between Greenville and Hortonville High School, urging drivers to “Slow Down”, in response to the many accidents and fatalities along the stretch of State Highway 15. 

Town of Greenville officials petitioned the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, elected State Representatives and Senators to reduce the speed limit and provide other safety improvements along State Trunk Highway 15.  The request to make changes and safety improvements are in advance of the planned reconstruction and expansion of STH 15 in 2021.  More information on the reconstruction project can be found here:  https://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/projects/by-region/ne/wis15/default.aspx
