Greenville adopted its 2040 Comprehensive Plan in July 2019. Thank you to those that provided input along the way, we could not have done it without you!
The Planning Commission and Town Board have already started the implementation process by initiating an update and complete rewrite of its Zoning Ordinance. The Town encourages you to participate as you did in the development of the Comprehensive Plan. A project website has been established and the Town plans to use it as well as social media and print media to keep the public informed while also providing for public meetings to attend and provide input. Additional forms of communication and public participation tools may be used throughout the process. Stay tuned!
