The Town of Greenville was awarded a federally funded Transportation Alternatives Program grant to construct a multi-modal trail along County Trunk Highway CB from State Trunk Highway 96 to Levi Drive in the Town of Greenville.The project is slated to begin on August 19, 2019 and conclude by mid October. Occasional, minimal traffic impacts will occur during construction, including temporary lane closures.
The Town of Greenville has been actively pursuing the creation of this multi-modal (bike/pedestrian trail) within the community over the past 10 years. The Town completed construction of a 2.2 mile trail along CTH CB in 2015.
