Greenville Project Updates

The projects detailed below are large scale projects happening in addition to our regular, day to day, operations. Their completion may be managed by village staff or the services may be contracted with a third party. Please remember that all of the information and time lines are weather dependent and subject to change at any time. Streets

  • Roadside Mowing began the week of May 30
  • School Road Reconstruction 
    • Week of 06/06/22: DeGroot Inc. is installing sanitary sewer starting 400 feet west of Churhill Rd going east.
    • Week of 06/13/22: DeGroot to continue installing sanitary sewer.
  • Greenwood Road Reconstruction
    • Week of 06/06/2022: Kruczek Construction to remove the asphalt for the cross walks on the west side of the road, and Sommers Construction to pour the raised crosswalks.
    • Week of 06/13/2022: Northeast Asphalt to potentially pave the final surface of asphalt.

Water and Sewer Utility

  • Mayflower Drive Water Loop 
    • Week of 06/06/22: Jossart Brother’s Inc. is finished installing the water line throughout the project and the road is now back open. Any defects that may arise due to this project will be addressed at some point throughout the next year. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
  • Cross Connection Inspections and Water Meter Exchange
