The Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department's Feature Friday

Each Friday, the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department features something new for residents or visitors to learn more about and this week were continuing our summer “Meet the Staff” series. As another summer is nearing its end end, we're giving a HUGE shout out to each of our seasonal employees!

Jeff is a long term seasonal employee who works with the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department between the months of April and November each year. He has worked hard over the last 11 years to ensure the lawns at our various park properties are looking their best! His favorite part of the job is getting to see the Town while enjoying the weather. When he isn’t at work he likes to spend time up north and with his family. He also enjoys going fishing and attending concerts. During the winter, he and his wife like to vacation in Mexico.

Jeff’s dedication to keeping the grass looking its best, rain or shine, leaves us knowing we can count on him. His coworkers describe him as friendly, hardworking and good natured.

We may be biased, but we think we have some of the most ambitious, hardworking seasonal employees out there! Without their help, our summer would have been a lot less sunny.
