Greenville Kicks Off District Area Planning Study

The Town of Greenville recently completed its comprehensive plan to guide the Town for the next 20 years. Through the planning process, it recognized the need to refine guidance for certain areas in Greenville to ensure it gets development that reinforces its character and strengthens the Town’s economy.

There are three areas the Town is studying which include the Heritage District which is centered around the intersection of State Highway 15 and 76; the Urban Core District which includes the major state and county roadway corridors; and the Gateways which include the main entries into the community.

The project’s success is dependent on input the Town receives from the public.  The Town wants to know what you are thinking as your input is valuable.  Please visit our project website to learn more about the project and share your thoughts, ideas and opinions.   https://hkgi.mysocialpinpoint.com/greenville
